Lawyers bill by time. Sending a folder of 300 screenshots means paying someone to sort them. A single, numbered PDF per conversation is faster to review and easier to use as an exhibit.

What to send

How

  1. In the Instagram app, open Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
  2. Choose Download or transfer information, pick your Instagram account, then Some of your information and tick Messages.
  3. Choose Download to device. Set the date range to cover the conversation, and set Format to JSON. Set media quality to High if photos matter.
  4. Tap Create files. Instagram emails you when the ZIP is ready — often within minutes, sometimes a few days. Download it before the link expires.

Then drop the ZIP into the free tool, choose each conversation, add the case name, and save the PDFs.
